Appeal | Banned for scamming?

strombone claimed i was scamming him. Because i was unable to access a computer for a while, I couldn't respond to the scam report written against me.

I didn't scam him. i replace him with a new card. If you want proof, I will gladly provide screenshots (newbies can't post links though).

He repaid me after a few days when he finally noticed he was banned. I'd like to add a note that if you look at his selling thread (https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread...light=luisit0u) you will notice that there are multiple people with the same issue as me, where they buy a card that is empty and he would not reimburse or just ignores. I would be cautious when dealing with this user, not a scammer just very irresponsible. Won't be getting my business again any time soon.

Should be a 1 month market blacklist.

Considering the amount of negative rep on your thread, I am suggesting a removal of your thread, a 2 week blacklist, and a permanent prohibition from selling these giftcards; Just a safety measure to avoid future problems for our users.

I have replaced everybody in my thread.. that is why I have no other scam reports. I been selling on this site for a few now and never scammed anybody.

I don't think is fear not letting me sell if I have not scammed anybody just some bad reps cuz I don't tell them to fix it.

This is his 4th time being banned within the past ~4 months. Just seems like the same old song and dance to me. Considering he does resolve them I say a 2 month marketplace blacklist.

User was banned for ban evading from "FredTed" who was banned for scamming.

User's partner is a previously banned scammer.

Bought a chuck e cheese Gc from him. 0 balance. messaged him on skype a few times while he was "active now" and he ignored me. I also attempted to call him via skype. no answer. he has been late with replacements in the past but not this late
