Somebody that scams somebody and gets banned but then tries to still be on the site.
And pretty sure you're allowed to, would be dumb AF otherwise.

If you have definitive proof that somebody is a ban evader / banned user you are allowed to do whatever you want to them. If they weren't you will face the consequences, so make sure they 100% are.
