Banned on Non-PB?

Retards...Admins do this for a reason. They set their server information to say PB is off, when it is really on, so they can detect hackers easier and ban them way quicker and more efficiently. I know this because my friend owns a server and we play on it all the time, and he told me this. People get banned on our server all the time.. Just try not to use any hacks of any sort for a while until something more safe comes along. Or just do what i do and play the game the way its meant to be played.

So the only way not to ever get banned (while using hacks) is to turn off punkbuster in the options menu...

not just turn off in the options menu, you need to DELETE pb from the game.

does stopping the pb service help out? or DO you have to uninstall PB completly?

I've found if you just disable/stop the PnkBstrA/PnkBstrB services in windows services, if you join a server that says "PunkBuster: Off" in the server browser, if they do have it ON, it will boot you from that server (not ban) and say "PnkBstrA.exe" service is not running.. that way you will not join any servers running PunkBuster, and you won't get banned!

Just make sure you are not running hacks until you have fully joined and started playing the game - the server will kick you out before you even spawn if these services are not running in windows.

And I assume that uninstalling / deleting the Punkbuster files from your PC will also result in this same kick from the servers...

I was playing for another 6 hours last night, first trying if a server has pb really active by killing the pbstrA and B services and waiting for a kick after that, and then using ESP.
no kick, no ban, everything fine.

So ESP is still kind of save on Real-no-PB-servers !!

They make fake pb servers DELETE YOUR PUNKBUSTER FOLDER so u can check the real punkbusters
