So i sent a request to nexon a while ago to unban my account like i went to customer support and sent them a ticket and its status is still "open" which means it ahs not been adressed yet and its been literally two weeks. They fuckin suck.. sorry rage.. so does any1 know how i could contact them any faster any help aprreciated.. ty

yep, this is their real phone, i fax them a law letter, asking 10.000$, they anser me with anoter lawyer letter (a real one, by mail, saying i was needing to come in persone to explain me) the fact, the letter i sent was a fake xD
Nexon doesnt fall for the "omg omg omg sum1 hacked my acct unban me" shit, so if you sent a ticket with that in it you're pretty much screwed.
