obviously gamers will want to get windows computers.
but for a normal user, if you have the money, get a mac.
and seriously...if you want to game, isnt it better to just get an xbox?

Their OS is better than windows in some areas, worse in others. But it really comes down to personal preference.
And it's not apples fault that there are few games for it.
But let's be honest...computers aren't for gaming. Consoles are.

I have noticed that people who don't know computers very well can use macs because they are 'easier' than windows, but I tried using a mac and I didn't know how to close windows (the red button didn't work).

And compare mac to linux (ubuntu mostly) and look at the differences...
better yet (if you have a mac handy) press applebutton + v and compare that to the linux boot up. They are both UNIX based, but mac costs WAYYYYYYY more.

startup cost is not the same thing as total cost of ownership...
find me a 10+ year old windows machine that can still be sold on ebay for 200 bucks, and still runs pretty good.
