Fake Non-PB Servers

Just deleted all pb folders, did a search for non-pb servers.
Entered to the server and after 5 sec boom! Kick for PB init fail!
I knew there is something like Fake non-pb servers but I thought its bullshit.

oh, you mean pbb hub servers... yeah... guess you didnt get the memo on them huh... they run just like non pb servers, but dont use pb so they are undetectable...

and whey you get banned from a pbb hub server, you get added to the master pb list...

they got smart(er). smarter than choobs are capable of being...
so, you cant find out which servers are running the pbb hub crap....

I would recommend you ONLY play on servers that DONT use it... or dont qq when you get caught with your pants around your ankles...just a thought.

i find that really hard to believe that deleting that folder will do more than free up some mb on your hard drive... much less prevent PBB HUB from getting you...

if there are people on here that are more knowledgeable than us, please share your wisdom.

i have yet to come across a game where the hack detection was so easily defeated.

I think to block this kind of detection, you need something that will give admins faulty screenshots. I'm not sure removing the PB directory would have anything to do with it.

I don't know how to do this, but in other PB games where admins were catching hacks by looking at screenshots, there was talk of ways of corrupting the screenshots the admins would see (so they'd see black screens or cleaned-up "no ESP" screens).

i disable the PnkBstA and PnkBstB in the Services management console and i have found some of the servers that are non pb want PnkBstA to be enabled.

After disabling pb you should leave the game and then use the taskmanager to kill both punkbuster processes(you atleast had to do this on cod4).

i think this pb hub on non-pb server is that if you are banned on a pb hub (with pb enabled) server they will kick you cuz "they dont want hackers"

its not a bug my clan server runs like this we have banned many hackers this way lol

haha i didnt instal pb from the start of the servers and play from that time on servers, without pb and have no ban on me
