Is it any title and emblem hacks?

Do someone know where i can find title and emblem hack? I searched for it but i cant find itplease give me a link or something

you cant choose which title/emblem you want. you can only unlock everything.

It seems like it should be able to be done in a similar way to texture hacking (converting and editing the .iwi files then putting them back into the .iwd) but when I try to use ones that I have edited, the game crashes.... Can anyone explain this to me (probably someone who has done texture hacking).
