well you go to the nexon website log in and click charge account

then click on get free nx then you should get a page with alot of offers that u get rewarded nx for it should look like this

then click on anyoffer there are free ones and ones u pay for EI.theres one from eharmany gives u likr 50k nx but you pay for a subscription on the site...
when you click on one it is kept recorded on this

this shows all the offers you have done that you havent goten credit for

these are the offers you have goten credit for (rewarded offers) then log in onto combat arms and you have NX credit free
IF YOUR HAVEING TROUBLE:

after you click (are you missing nx) this page will come up

then you click on the link on the bottom to fill out an inquiry

fill it out and then and make them believe it then send it after they will respond with another email ...
EXAMPLES:you have been awarded the nx
