I'm assuming IC3 gets thousands if not hundreds of thousands of reports daily. Even if its what you consider petty crime, it will be taken seriously if enough information is provided.

You don't see my point, the ddoser is ddosing an illegal forum (based around social engineering and cracking.) He can't just say that someone's ddosing his illegal site.
(I think social engineering and cracking is illegal when done without consent)

It's not like he's reporting someone for stealing his weed. He's reporting a site for DDoSing his paid for host. They don't care about the content on his site unless it's brought up, all theyre going to look at is when the host was attacked.

Maybe if you had a money laundering or pedophile site then yeah it'd be stupid to report it. But say his site is MPGH, the fbi doesn't give a fuck. That's too much work, the fbi calls it hot potatoes. His site, most definitely is not hot potatoes. (because you can't hold onto a hot potato, so the reference is you'll let go of it. You're also forgetting the part where MPGH has refunds / SE's on AMERICAN companies which would hurt AMERICAN companies. Anything that hurts the American economy, government agencies flip out on.
