My laptop got a 9800m GS! It sucks! I can only play on high with AA on 1x and vsync and that other thingy off!
I should have bought a desktop....so much cheaper....

well people who get the weird colors, you are probably using windows xp. i got that problem, i upgraded to 7 and it was gone.

I hate DICE(DICE = Disappointed + Incompetent + Coarse + Expensive )
Fuc*ing DICE always unfair to XP.
First,the DX9.0c cause the stationary gun with shield cant see anything.
Then,the ATI/Nvidia texture mod cause the fuc*ing weird colour bug.

it works great for every map except for the map Isla Incontes.

For me the trees there just are big brown blocks, so it is even harder to spot enemys. On the other maps though, it works great!. Any ideas?

EDIT: It happens on more maps, just not on maps like valparaiso

[ty and btw heres a tip. i got the same res as you and i would suggest the fov to 78. it is recommended for that resolution.

Now for people who have problems with the green/yellow/blue/purple boxes. Go into a game, click ESC and change your settings, heres the thing. If you have high on, change it to low and the boxes should be gone. if your settings are low change them to high. Now after a round you will have the boxes again or colorful guns ( you will be high ) just do the same thing and it should fix. i have done this for 6 rounds and it works. if it doesnt, then dont even try this anymore it wont work.]

Also,you need to tune the HBAO(whatever you are using ATI/Nvidia) and VSYNC
