Because the Retail ESP producet by 1024x768 and not 800x600 ore 1400x900 ore so.

so i must play it on the resolution 1024 and not 1680 to get the nametag directly above the player
with CODMW2 i can on all the resolution playing and have the nametag above the player

well it comes back to skill again, just play some games, and you will see, the name is always on the same position over a player, just a bit far right ... so what? just shoot more left ^^

The ESP hack doesn't show names above players because all it does is enable a few commands that are in the game by default (also why it hasn't been patched yet). These commands are about equivalent to spotting someone on your own team, but for enemies.
