Technical Knowledge: I've been using TeamViewer for quite a long time and used it to get help or help other people. Obviously, the hack does not run on Macintosh computers, so the understanding of how Windows XP, Vista, and 7 is needed. I myself have all three OS's on different computers, allowing me to fully test hacks and know what to do to make sure they work. If I'm not on MPGH, I am definitely on MSN to be pmed and TeamViewed immediately for technical service.

Reason to be VIP Support: I've been helping quite a few people in making hacks work through PMs lately, as well as through MSN chats. I have been a member at MPGH for awhile now, and I truly understand the struggle new members have with contacting staff and getting a paid hack to work on their system. I am able to devote time and effort into supplying the greatest service to paying customers, and I hope to get the chance to become VIP Support again.
