when you are banned your only way to play BC2 again is to play on non-pb server....because how the name says:you are punkbuster-banned.

why should avira forbid the BFBCGame.exe to connect with the internet?

You need to click first on "Multiplayer" then on "Server Browse" and search..
If don't work, i don't know whats you problem.

So did it work?
If not, closse AV, close Firewall, and uncheck UAC (if you have Windows Vista/7)
Oh and maybe you don't use the updater at the begining, so you have a older version of the game. (start the game from the disk)

Just restart the Computer or close Firewall or restart game or reconnect your Internet.
If you mean that you cant join a server then try join a non pb server or try to join more servers. There are so many ways ....
