can't eat as much junk food when you get a disease that is all about HOW MANY CARBS YOU EAT.
i eat less, and healthier food and i lose weight.
i dont know about you, but i see a direct correlation between the amount of shit you eat and how fat you are

yes it does, it also makes it harder for you to loose weight because your body doesnt work off fat it just over works muscles, which is where keytones and the ability to get blood poisoning from scratching ur ass comes into play.
