this program doesnt always work but in most of the case i heard it did really good job!!!

instructions: 1) open the program
2) fill up the forms
3)tick bot of the boxes
4)press start

Now this program needs 5 hours(maximun) but i suggest you to be patient...

yes i was banned and it helped me but only once and i think you should try it if your about to lose games=money... its virus free i downloaded it my self heres were i found it from: And steal accounts??? what for??? i already have almost all steam games....
