They patched that a while ago, but you can use Keyboard_Events i believe or something like that... I don't know if it still works but it used to...

Would SendKeys work for C++ hotkeys for hacks, or would the game just not allow it?

Like if a hack has F1 for No Recoil, and you don't like the hotkey (or your using a laptop that has no number pad). If I change (more like rebind) the hotkey by if the user presses "X" or what ever they choose, the program would send F1 to CA.

CA uses DirectInput and it skips SendKeys but I beleive a modified version of SendInput(?) would allow you to. I don't know what method hacks use to get key shortcuts... you can try out the different possibilities. They could either use a keyboard hook(high or low level) or use GetAsyncKeyState()/GetKeyState()
