again is this patched on xp no one answered me.. cuz i did all the steps right and it doesnt work.. so patched on xp or im just not doin it right?

Hello konflict sorry I was sleeping so I could not respond, Im using the hack on widnows 7 so I cannot confirm it works on xp but it should do. Sometimes the hotkeys can be alittle buggy trying pressing them a few times, also trying running your game in windowed mode and clicking on the on options you want with your mouse. Also make sure you don't have an AV blocking the trainer try turning off your AV or allowing the trainer.

Explosive ammo does not make me lag, use the fps feature and see if your getting low fps.

Yes it effects everyone but you still have the advantage host is a bitch in MW2 like most games when your host that's an advantage in itself.

No it does not need a vac disabler.

Is this external. Thats why it doesnt need a VAC disabler
