My Monitor Turns Off When I Play

Can anybody explain why this happens? After around 15-20 of play, my monitor shuts off, and it won't turn on after that. i end up restarting my computer over and over just so I can play with my friends. Please help or explain what is happening.

This really isn't the right place for this post, i'm gonna move it to the help section in here. Your video card could be overheating or bad. It would explain why you have to restart to get your monitor to work.

Hmmm, Could be one of numerous things, I experience a Issue with my MSI Windtop whenever I start a application that is Direct X or Command based, where it blinks, I think to really be able to help though, we would need PC specs, Specifically Video Card, Internal, PCI, AGP, PCI-E, You get the idea, on top of that, are you knew to the game, is this something that just started happening but hasn't happened before, etc. etc.
