do you really think that z8 games is so stupid that they have an open file with the recoil numbers? i don't think so. it has probably been coded in a dll or a rez file. i also could have been coded in crossfire.exe

First off every gun has a it's own recoil and spread so you can't find it in the crossfire.exe >_>

If it's server sided, it may have to be sent to the clients at match time in order for the guns to work. And on top of that, they would also have to make sure that the variables for the recoil haven't been changed or something stupid like that...and with all the matches (and bullets flying...-_-) that go on at any given time in a day, I DOUBT they would have the CPU power to deal with it...
