MW2 was being homo earlier, DCing me in games, DCing after, Steam was making it crash ovbiously something was going on.

As I said, it worked like a charm for more than 2 weeks, but a few hours a go I had to run a consistency check to be able to play =(

I've never used a texture hack before, so I'm just trying to clear something. What is the possibility of getting banned for this? Has anyone gotten banned so far? Do I have to use a disabler? Just trying to make sure before I use this. Looks good btw.

Please Read up on vac bans on Steam forum it sais on there that Customized textures are not Bannable so if any1 sais they got banned for textures they used a diffrent hack

just reinstall the game

delete iw_04, right click on mw2 / properties / files / vertify game cache.
the file should redonwload now.
make backups next time

I was thinking I was going to have to reinstall, but I'm going to do the verifying first.

Yup, it caught the 7 files I had edited, now I have to download 1gb.. Atleast it should be fixed!
