I think that skin modding of WEAPONS shouldnt be illegal, but the modding of models/colors of characters should be outlawed

Oh calm down, it'll be fine, i suppose... people will find a way to bypass an or all contingencies that Nexon tries to put into place Ok? look what happened to hacking... we need a new one/set every week. So It will be fine? If CA ran a scan on ALL of its files to check if any were corrupted... CA would spend over half an hour on most computers loading... Even then in-game things would still fuck up so DONT WORRY, they arent gonna make it server-sided, tat would be the equilivant of blowing up the servers with c4 srsly you modders carry on with youre great work, someone will find a bypass...

Nothing short of switching from the Lithtech to some other Engine will stop the modding. Basically, Nexon is doomed to have mods forever since changing engines would cost them both time and a bunch of money for licensing of the engine and to integrate it. If they did hopefully they would pick a respectable engine like Unreal or CryEngine.

You do realize the LithTec engine is not bad at all right, Nexon just don't put enough time into coding it into a better game.
