Problem with my IE8 (keeps dcing)

OK ill get straight to the point before my Internet crashes again:

My Internet explorer(8) randomly crashes...

I think it's because ive done so many sur.veys for CF and all of the stuff that Ive downloaded(like toolbars) especially the Web Fun Products/Webfetti(I AM NOT ADVERTISING -.-)

Also these random pop ups uhh pop up when i havnt even clicked on anything (like some online poker) NOT ADVERTISING.

And so it crashes and when i open up my internet again it says all the usual stuff if it DC's like "restore last session" or "go to homepage"

Can anyone help? I think its because of all the stuff ive downloaded from sur.veys.

I have run my internet without add ons and it works fine but it just doesnt have flash and all that. And when i do that there's a yellow bar that pops up and says like "manage add-ons" and i clicked on that and disabled all the ones related to the sur.veys.

I have also gone to "Control Panel>Programs and features" but didn't find anything related to the sur.veys/the stuff from them that ive downloaded to uninstall.

So please help

IE8 is now a hacked version so the majority of people using chrome or firefox .
