You can play single player and with a disabler you can host private matches but not join non banned players but they can join you
unless a better disabler is out that bypasses the matchmaking issues ... I haven't seen one yet but I'm sure if it's out there it is private.... If anyone knows of one that does private message me plz

Obviously you didn't read the rules, Don't bump a thread older than a week. (You'll receive a ban pretty soon too)

Also, there's no way to get unbanned (maybe if it was accidental ban, but IDK).
Anyways, if you were hacking, there's no way to get unbanned. :/
