    Question banned from wcs server. packets rejected?

    i rcon spammed a server cause i thought it would crash it,
    my friend said it might work cause someone hacked admin and banned everyone.
    i googled my problem and all i can come up with is a reason...

    "server LOOKS like it's crashed because you're packets are simply being
    rejected."

    my friend unbanned my steamid (hes admin) but i still cant join

    how do i get back in to the game?
    or does my friend have to type something to unban me? (hes server admin)
    or how do i change my packets so the server will accept me?
