I created this group because the other group was disabled. This group will not have anything that says that we can play again, just that we are banned.

as long as nothing is posted about being able to still play warfare 2 after being banned (in that group), it should survive. I believe that steam disabled the 2nd group of his because once a first group is disabled, steam monitors that person and disables any groups that are similar to the first one.
