It's WORKING! but, I noticed that you must be room master, host in game and play in Blue Team O_o. Yeah, In blue team - because if you are room master and host but play in red team - exp+bp will give to man who play against you in blue team))) May be only mine bugO_O BTW IT'S WORKING !!!!!

Download DirectX and latest everything!vcredist latest is 2008
