How do I convert DDS files to IWI?

As the title says. I know this is some-what similar to my other topic, but I cannot find out about this anywhere. I have a couple of textures ready to be imported, but the iwi2dds.exe thing causes errors at the menu and makes the game crash.

Here is the order of how i made them:
Exported weapon_camo_***
Exported weapon_camo_menu_***
Converted with iwimw2dds.exe
Edited weapon_camo_*** and weapon_camo_menu_***
Converted with iwi2dds.exe
Opened Pakscape and pasted the new iwi files in there.

what did I do wrong?

Textures doesnt just work like that, drawing a dds and then convert to iwi.
