I don't know if they're allowed or not.
It should say in the TOS and Rules and all that shit nobody reads. Just read over it, and if you find something similiar to tracking or monitoring, then yes, it's legal.
Anyways does it matter if you get caught or not? Combat Arms is just a game.

If you want to sue them for IP tracking when they don't have the right to, then hahaha good luck but you were affiliated with hacks which is against their rules!

umm, i did read the Tos, and there is nothing about ip tracking, btw, its kinda the same as ip spoofing... so its sorta half illegal half legal, is like knocking on someone's door to see who answers... but u cant sue them, but they can sue you for hacking...
