like martial arts or something
i do mixed martial arts
karate tae kwon doe(brown belts) kungfu(just began ) i swim play clarinet and do alot more
i somehow manage to spend 3 hours to 5 on mpgh O_O

Parkour = Jumps, Flips, Long distance leaps.
Thats a lot of strength needed in your legs and upper body strength.
Gymnastics will get the flexibility, and stuff.
