Instructions:

Inject *.Dtx files into Rez using RezInject
-remember to backup

To cancel the modification simply delete the modified Rez file, and replace using backed up files.

Nope, the rusty skins are for UFB major, this is for something else.

lol, you still haven't figured out why?;
well *.spr files are basically internal link files, that link to the texture( the *.dtx )
using the same *.spr enables all the guns to use one *.dtx therefore saves the number of *.dtx files injected
