Injecting, texture modding and model changing! 27/4/2010

dude this so frustrating i cant get this dammed mod to work....
ok so i know in deff. doing something wrong couse its not working
so ill xplain step by step what i did and maby u can instruct me in what to do....

ok so first i extracted with (rezextract) the folowing folders
guns_m_pv_ar.rez and guns_t_pv_ar.rez ......

i tthen copied and pasted to a new folder the folowing files.....
ani_g_m16a3_sh.ltb and ani_g_acrsandfire_sh.ltb

so far so good !!!

i then renamed like folows......
ani_g_m16a3_sh.ltb(original) and the sandfire ti ani_g_m16a3_sh_ltb...

then i extracted theese two files from guns_t_pv_ar.rez
pv_ar_df_acr_sandfire_hm and pv_m16a3

i then renamed as folows
pv_m16a3(original) and the sandfire to .... pv_m16a3

i then injected the renamed anibase to guns_m_pv_ar.rez and i ijected the other renamed dtx file to guns_t_pv_ar.rez

im pretty sure in doing good so far......so i then go to my game folder and eliminate the old .rez files and renamed the new files as follows guns_m_pv_ar.rez.new to guns_m_pv_ar.rez and the same for the other file guns_t_pv_ar.new to guns_t_pv_ar.rez

ok so then i log into game and as soon ai hear game start my game dissconects....
im like w t f ??? it dc´s on me what am i doing wrong pleas help me.....

I've got the same problem, and been trying to find the solution but can't. I try to figure out what Solley said to but got lost cuz I didn't understand that table. Cant anyone help me or How did you solve your problem.
I didn't have any problem doing the Texture editing but model swapping really killing me. Please need help, been trying to find the answer for hours already.

I tried it out and my texture mod doesn't appear on my L96A1 ingame.
Solution please?

I didn't have any problem and work the first time I tried. Just go back and redo every step again, you might of skip something

ok so i do the convert to lithtech or whatever then i open photoshop and chose the file and it says "could not process file because it is not the right kind of document"

You dont have the photoshop plugins installed or they arent installed correctly.

Uhh, I'm not sure if I am doing this right. When I go in-game to check (like you said to), I keep getting error 301: the client file has been corrupted. How do I fix this? Am I doing it right? Thanks.
