Jump on the side rails on the stairs when going down them. It doesn't damage you. it's what I do when going down, plus it's faster as you slide.

They fixed it now. There was a patch yesterday that fixed it. It even said on the website that's why they made the patch. For the stairs fail. Now when you go down them without sprinting, it's like using a fly hack. Your guy doesn't sway and his legs don't move until you get to the bottom lol.
