ticket to nexon?

guys can anyone help me and tell me how to lodge a ticket to nexon! please

on the combat arms website scroll over support the menu will fall down and then click customer service then the big blue button that says customer service then login to your nexon account in the page it brings you too, after logging in it will bring you to the submit a ticket page, click submit a ticket and fill out the ticket and press Send,
could it be any more confusing!?!!

maybe just spam the nexon servers discussion things to get your problem fixed and that might eventually get them to do something.... xD then you can nx on !!

I have been banned from Combat Arms, and unbanned in a week. Also, no it was not a 1 week ban, it was permanent. But, I fought with them and they gave it back. Shows how some of us wasted our time huh dumbass?
