[Help] MKV to MP4 Converter

I need to convert MKV file to MP4. The MKV file is 7 GB in length. I've tried Total converter but doesn't works !! Please suggest a decent converter that can do this !!

FFMPEG does more formats than probably anything else out there. WinFF is the GUI adaption.
