knife to first aid kit

im kinda new to modding but can u mod a knife to drop first aid kits?

this wont work, you can make a knife look like a first aid kit (dunno how it would swing) but it wouldnt be able to heal, and it would only show up on your screen.
there used to be a shoot anything out of your knife hack but itwas VIP onlyand im pretty sure its permanently patched.

Aid to knife, so u have knife what drops aids.

You can definitely make it look like one. But it will have no effect at all.
Just like the time i tried to make mines into m93.
