I cant say that C++ is good for beginners, I cant do it either. So I would use delphi if I were you (but anyway Im not). So if you make simple hacks (like stamina, spawn and so on), make them in vb6, because theres no sense to start learning C++ only for that. This is only what I think, so lets not start programming language war

go to microsof*****m and have a validated intall of windows and you can download of of those pruducts for free
