hmm, the weapon attachment unlock doesnt work for me, i pick the m9 handgun and then press the attachment i want to unlock and it says "Unlocked" but then inside the game nothing is unlocked

Secondary attachment is buggy. Try extended mags, it may unlock everything on the handgun.

I can get those few attachments that not are unlocking myself, but what about the P90 mastery? I am the only one facing that problem? :/

Just curious.. Do the SP cheats like infinite health/ammo/invisiblity etc work with spec ops? Specifically the ones the require 2 ppl to complete them?

Yep, I know. Especially secondary attachments. I might just put one button to unlock the whole attachment for the selected secondary weapon, so there won't be any problems.
