SuperNovaAO released this on another forum and I bring it here for you guys to finally start making some nice textures (instead of begging war3zdude92 & co.)

consists of 2 exe's. just run the dds2iwi_mw2.exe and enter all information
also has the option to make the CRC match with another file

the error of failed to convert occurs if it can't find the dds2iwi-cod4.exe I guess
it also happens if your DDS uses anything but ***1 or ***5

weapons are ***1 I guess
just pick one of those when you export your skin to dds

I get this when I dont have an iwi of the same file in there already.

When I have it, it will over write the iwi and then I put it in the correct folder and get the "cannot load image" error.
