Can't start the game up

Hey guys, I really need help.
I post this here because the Combat Arms Help Section is dead. :/
Anyways, I get this error :

And I haven't been able to play for a week..
Does anyone know how to fix it? [I'm positive its not maintenance, cause' everyone else can play]

*also, I think its all FPS games on my computer, because
I tried, Crossfire and K.O.S and they didn't work.

I re-installed multiple times..
And, they've had maintenance for a week? I don't think so, is it working for you guys?

nexons been having problems for the past few days theyre on their 3rd update in a week, if the game still doesnt work for you as of tomorrow it might be your firewall.
