About the graphics card

Is this graphics card any good, I want a cheap one that will play CoD MW2 and Combat Arms quickly and smoothly
The buttons (smilies, bold, underline, add link) aren't even working for me anymore, so I have to do this:

I don't think he will get Banned for this Link... it's not a Hack or something, only 9800GT would have been enough

I currently have the 8800GTX, its a pretty old one but when I update the Drivers so now and then it's fine.
I think the 9800GT would have a Medium speed, but you could consider the 9800GTX when you need a Fast one
