Ignore that last post, i figured it out. If anyone else wants to use it as a referance... u can just delete the Userdata files, and the connon files.

(This will Reset all Challenges, Unlocks, Stats, Kills, Deaths, ect, This will make it so you Never played the game yet basically.)

All files in,
Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\players\
and
Steam\userdata\

I have been using these hacks and I was greatly appreciated However I just had gotten banned yesterday. May not have been the hacks... could have been my vac chaos since I knew it was partially detected for awhile... HOWEVER AGAIN the main point of this was to suggest that atleast some of these are "patched" / detected now. I have been running the externalboxesp43.184 and I know that everytime I bring this up (even with MW2 liberation) in use then my iwa4 dev console says "cheat detected" and closes. Could we get somone to check over all of the files here and see if they work? or however else to tell us the detectable status. Thanks!

Because these are for Steam version, you might use Alter.
