You can get banned for using any cheat program/hack. But I don't think that it is also for Level hacks, but remember, it's not 100 % sure.

Before using it, go to your COD 4 folder, rename your ,,pb'' fodler to ,,pb22''(just an example), start the game, then ALT+TAB and use the trainer, after that, rename the ,,pb'' folder to it's original name.

So your change of getting banned it's 0%.

yea ive tryed useing this many times. and every time i kill nothing happens, cant even get the level let alone the guns .... im runing windows xp 32bit... any sugestions ?

You don't have to be on any server/gamemode.. just run it as admin..
