I just suggest you join the server where you live. (CA - West Coast Server) I guess it's easier but if you don't want to fight uber pros then just follow this guide! Spec. you are amazing at making guides.

I don't think its in London as someone i know has an alot higher ping than me when he lives in london, and i live in the west midlands.
