-Ip Evader launcher.

Ip Evader launcher.
This bypasses an IP Ban, does not prevent an account or IP Ban. You only get an IP Ban on ijji Reactor which prevents you from updating the game. Which in that case you use this to bypass the ban. You can use it for quick logins with no reactor as well.
