Need help in MW2

Hello all, its my first message so first of all i want to thank you all for this website.

Well now i have a question, its just to know how to do it not a "beg" XD.

I would like to be host in a MW2 game to put the exp at high rates to "help" the people level faster, the problem is that in the hack section i just see hosting hacks that make u jump higher, infinite ammo, etc... but i can't find the exp rate thing, so please if someone knows a thread or something about what im searching, help please. Just check the ''Force host'' button.

For the XP:
The only way I know it this (console command):
scr_xpscale 4
It multiplies the normally gained XP by 4 (4 is max)
