It's Combat Arms NA files that are dumped. You can use this to find the L***ient and the device pointer to make your own hack. Judging on what you thought this was, you probably need to start learning how to program if you want to make a hack.

As far as I can tell, unlimited stamina only shows you at 100 stamina. You slow down after a while of running.
