    Exclamation Coding Help?

Ive been trying to learn past coding for the past 2 months but couldn't understand the internet articles/books i was reading for coding. Do any of you recommend a certain programming system for coding hacks and if you could recommend book/internet article that you learned on and easy to understand that will be great! Thanks
