A mod is an edit you make to a gun. Modding includes textures and models.

->Can I get banned for modding?
Yes

-> What can i do with a mod?

Making mods gives you 3 advantages: cool looking skins, firerate changes, and getting NX Cash guns for free.

-> How the heck do i make one?

Well you can make one by reading guides.

-> Where do I get software to make them ?

By reading all the stickies

-> Can damage or distance of bullets be changed ?

NO but some people claim to have tools?

-> Can projectiles be changed?

No. As of now, we don't have any tools for this yet.

-> If there are all the gun files in the game files where do i find the damage and projectiles?

All in "attributes.rez", and the source code of guns

-> If its so easy to mod why does nexon make things moddable?

Because Nexon fails for using LithTech Jupiter Engine.

-> Can i use guns from other games in Combat Arms?

Yes and no. Some more skilled people, E.G. sleepercell, have made custom models and guns from other games, but the majority of modders do not know how.
-> Can I make no reload with modding?
Yes but we wont tell u how

-> My model changes dont have textures ?
Well in order to add textures there are several files that go into pvmla
