NEED HElp!! Stuttering problem.

I recently installed my labtop Windows 7, and now I have shitty fps.

IN Windows Xp, I used to have over 100 fps with full graphic, but now, its barely 20 fps.
Frame stays the same in all graphic option. Even in 800x600, all low graphic, frame's still 20.

Wuts the problem. with this..?
I had this problem in Gears of War too, and I fixed it with editing some ini files.

Any one know what to do in Cross Fire?

I found many others have this prob too.

fyi its laptop not labtop and try uninstalling windows 7 or get a better gaming pc or play on a desktop
