The source is from cod4 so probaly you can make something like pezbotmod thing
but i dont know for sure

Just find go to *** forum and request a mod there. Many people make mods there

Remove ".txt" from the filename, put it in the correct folder and edit the file "MW2_Modder.ini" accordingly.
